POWER PROGRAM
The Power Program is to offer the workouts & sessions for Olympic Lifting focused on the Clean & Jerk & Snatch. The Power Program is offered 3x a week, in 6 week cycles. Train, focus, & set those PR’s TODAY with BoxLESS Athletics.
This track is for the more experienced weightlifters, and add this program to the other tracks to see even better results.
Power Program Includes:
- 3x a week offering (Tues, Thursday, Saturday)
- Weightlifting skills & drills for C&J, or the Snatch
- There is a included Strength session with accessory & mobility work
Sample:
Snatch:
- Snatch HP + Position 1 Snatch + OHS 3x(1+1+1) up to 50%
- Snatch 3×3 @ 60-70%
- 3 Position Snatch Pull + Snatch Pull 3x(2+1) @ 70-80% (pause 2 sec at position 3-2-1)
Accessory:
- Back Pause Squat 5×2 @ 75% with 2 sec pause
AMRAP 3 Minutes:
- 10 Glute Hamstring Raises
- 8 Barbell Good Mornings
- 4 High Box Jumps
