Boxless Athletiscs is fantastic! Whether you have no equipment, limited equipment or a full on gym in your house or garage. Boxless offers coaching and programming that will meet you where you’re at! I started with very limited equipment when I initially joined Boxless Athletics and needed help with how to scale or modify certain movements and the Boxless coaches were very responsive to all my needs! Fairly new member here, but the workouts and support are fantastic!! Have scaled versions as well as proper warmups. The crew listens to their members. Makes you feel like part of a team or family. Recently, I was instructed to work from home due to the coronavirus. Since a lot of gyms are also closing, they have incorporated home workouts to keep you active. They are looking out for us which is superb!! Last but not least, the program is very affordable. When you sign up, they give you a month free trial. Awesome!! Check it out for yourself. You will not regret it!!
