FOREVER FIT PROGRAM
The Forvever FIT Program is the functional fitness workout you’ve been waiting for! These workouts are available to you 5x a week! These workouts are programmed to be performed in under an hour! You’ll get 30 minutes of work, and 30 minutes of core & accessory work! Of the 5 days, there is an accessory strength.

- Get after the Metcon, or just the Core & Accessory work!

•3 Wall Balls or Air Squat Jumps
•6 Calorie Bike or Row
•6 Wall Balls or Air Squat Jumps
•9 Cal Row/Bike, 9 WB/ASJ, 9 Burpees, etc
