Boxless Athletiscs is fantastic! Whether you have no equipment, limited equipment or a full on gym in your house or garage. Boxless offers coaching and programming that will meet you where you’re at! I started with very limited equipment when I initially joined Boxless Athletics and needed help with how to scale or modify certain movements and the Boxless coaches were very responsive to all my needs! Boxless Athletics has given me a great coaching, programming and workout community, which allows me to get a fantastic workout from my home, I would highly recommend Boxless!!!
